Cancelation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: Lessons must be canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson time, NO EXCEPTIONS. Lessons are non transferable and non refundable. Please understand cancellations directly affect the instructors’ income. The instructor and/or The Ballroom House may opt to offer a makeup lesson the week of the cancellation if the instructor is available to do so, however excessive cancellations may take away this privilege. All Classes must be canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson time, NO EXCEPTIONS. Classes are non transferable and non refundable.
